The Michaelangelo for huge rooms, very helpful concierge, lovely restaurant and for NYC - a fair price. Quiet and friendly small hotel in a perfect location for tourists - near theatres, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, American Girl Place.

My husband and I just got back from NYC over the Easter Hollidays. We stayed at the Radisson Martinique at 32nd & Broadway - decent room rate - extremely clean room with BIG towels and nice soaps, shampoos. Didn't use bar in room - bed was comfortable and extra pillows were delivered promptly. Staff was excellent - very helpful - wonderful warm chocolate chip cookies while waiting to check in. Located in Koreantown, large groups frequent along with Egyptair flight crews. Restaurant in the lobby was good - Cafe Martinique. Close to Yellow Subway lines - right below building - and 1 block to Penn Station - Madison Square Garden.

NYC = Marriot Marquis on Broadway. The location is perfect for the theater district as well as shopping. Great views if overlooking Broadway - which may cost a little more but you only live once!
As long as you are patient - the elevators will come!
