Practical Traveler Hears From The Back of the Plane

Michele Higgins, Practical Traveler Columnist for The New York Times wrote an article in the newspaper's Travel section entitled "Aboard Planes, Class Conflict", analyzing the current state of affairs on the nation's airlines.
