Foreign Travelers Register Early, Register Often

A plan from the Department of Homeland Security requiring online registration of foreign travelers three days before arriving in the U.S. is being met with resistance from the travel community. Over 14 million travelers from visa-waiver countries will be affected. The plan is scheduled to begin January 12, 2009, and its implementation will likely cause reciprocal practices to be initiated for U.S. travelers heading abroad. Great more lunacy from Homeland Security (our own little Gestapo). They really have to be stopped and that department has to be broken up. To whom do I write to oppose yet more of this crazy bullshit.
